While we calibrate our laboratory equipment according to rigorous optical standards, we do not warrant that our teardown metrics will precisely mirror manufacturing variations across individual consumer hardware batches, or that the Site will operate without momentary latency or technical errors.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable legal statutes, in no event shall Bare Home Clinic, its owner, contributors, authors (including Nora Hayes), affiliates, or technical partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with:

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
